THIS IS AN HISTORIC PROJECT

The Malarabah Regional drilling program was managed on behalf of ATSIC/ Ove Arup as part of the Remote Areas Essentail Services prgram (RAESP). This involved siting & construction of potable water supply bores for nine remote Kimberley Aboriginal Communities including:

-Bulanjarr
-Bidijul
-Djilimbardi
-Darlngunya
-Ngumpan
-Koorabye
-Yiyilli
-Pantijian
-Murphies Creek, and

A drilling contract was let and supervised for construction and test pumping tp identify yield potential.
Recommendations were made for commissioning the bore/s into supply, including water treatment and improvements to existing or new infrastructure.
