Stuart Jeffries, Principal Hydrogeologist

B.Sc, M.Sc, C.Geol, FGS

Stuart has more than 25 years groundwater & environmental experience within WA & interstate, and a further 7 years’ in the UK, Hong Kong & Europe.  He has undertaken numerous groundwater resource investigation, evaluation and development projects, including licensing, monitoring, numerical & analytical modelling, and hydrochemical evaluations.

He is also a former WA Accredited Contaminated Sites Auditor between 2006 to 2018, having completed over 45 audits for land developers, industrial and commercial clients and government. This gives him unique insight and a wealth of experience in managing contaminated sites, and he has provided expert opinion to environmental solicitors.

Sarah Jeffries,  Company Secretary

B.A (Hons), Postgrad. Cert. Ed.

Sarah has been Company Secretary since our inception in 1999, and is an Executive Officer. She is a graduate of Interdisciplinary Human Studies, and holds postgraduate diplomas in Education, Business Studies and Accountancy. In addition, she has been active in teaching, volunteering, and is a former Member of the Finance Committee on the Willetton Senior High School Board.

Steve Bethell, Business Development Executive

Steve is our business development executive and works closely with Stuarts’ consultants to create solutions for the varied needs of our growing client base.
Steve has been working part time ‘behind the scenes’ with HS for ten plus years.
Having lived and worked in Perth since 1980, Steve has a very good working knowledge of WA’s economic landscape. He’s a good listener and project planner, and is available around the clock to discuss your next project.
